About Me
Graduating from Siena Heights College, MI with a BFA, Lucy moved to Kansas City, MO, to work for Hallmark Cards. Next she embarked on a 12-year career as a freelance fantasy artist,exhibiting at science fiction conventions, Renaissance Festivals, art fairs, and galleries. She published illustrations and book covers in the U.S. and Europe, including the cover for Andre Norton’s book Wizard’s Worlds.
In 1995 she discovered the Natural History exhibit industry. Working for Chase Studio in MO, then for Taylor Studios in IL, Lucy painted murals and illustrations for over ten years.
Lucy is now taking courses in Digital Art and Animation and exploring new directions in her career.
